Where do you ship Therapise Yourself to?

We offer Free Shipping to Singapore. 

In Asia, we currently ship to: Singapore, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cambodia,China, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong SAR.

Internationally, we currently ship to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and United States.

If your country is not listed and you would like to order a copy of Therapise Yourself, please use the contact form to request a copy.

What is your Return Policy? 

We do not offer refunds for any orders that have been place. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What if my Journal is damaged?

For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the defects or damage in your return/refund request. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please use the contact form, with "Defect / Damage" in the subject line. Please include:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Photo of defect/damage (if applicable)

Are you a Therapist? 

No, I am not a trained therapist. However, I wanted to put together a journal using the tools I have learned throughout my journey. There are multiple people in my life, including therapists, who have supported me and been there for me to be capable of writing this.

Have Therapists worked with you to make this Journal?

The Journal has been seen and used by professional therapists whom I have consulted throughout my own therapy journey. 

What if I don’t want to go to therapy, can I still use this?

Even if you aren’t attending therapy with a therapist, this journal is structured to guide you through therapy with yourself. Therapise Yourself goes a step further than many other personal journals, by guiding you through a therapeutic schedule. This kind of journal can fit into anyone’s busy life because it is entirely up to the individual to use it as they see fit.

How can I make the best use of this Journal?

Choose your favourite Affirmations, Quotes, Mindfulness Excercises and apply them in your daily life as and when you require them. 

The Mindfulness exercises do not need to be used simply when you are preparing for a therapy session. Mindfulness exercises like CALM offer daily relief, In the chaos of life, they provide a moment's reprieve. They teach us to breathe, to center, to be aware, in our busy world, they're a calming, nurturing affair.

Do you have a Digital Version available?

We currently do not offer a digital journal because we recognize the therapeutic benefits of physically writing. Writing therapy involves the connection between the mind and hand, providing a tangible release of thoughts and emotions. Many individuals find that the act of physically writing helps them better express themselves, reflect on their experiences, and achieve a deeper level of emotional release and understanding. We believe in honoring this traditional approach to journaling for those seeking its therapeutic benefits.

Is this journal a replacement for therapy?

This journal is not a replacement for therapy with a licensed professional.

If expert assistance for counselling is needed, the services of a competent professional should be sought.
